  There is a situation or paradox that always occurs in many workplaces and almost unmistakable by eyes. That case can rise to the level of theory because it repeated in front of us. In order to clarify that theory, we have to give an example and address it later in order to complete the picture. We have to imagine someone makes mistake unintentionally like an employee broke such printer button and forget to report then he went on his way. Then another employee came after him and discovered the malfunction of printer and informed the manager. The manger reaction raged and starts searching for perpetrator who broke the button. Of course he did not find the suspect and no one confess as well. The theory says , if the manager applies the role of looking for the perpetrators , the spirit of negativity and carelessness will prevail among employees because they will never doing more than their jobs or tasks due to fear from punishment . Anyone in responsible position should never rebuke
